New Richmond, WI (July 4, 2017): With less than two weeks to go for FANSFund voting the fund has surpassed $15,000! Justin Duty of Portland, OR continues to lead the “New Driver” category with Dale McDowell (Chickamauga, GA) and Austin Hubbard (Seaford, DE) running a close second and third. Decorah, Iowa’s Tyler Bruening has jumped to the top in the “At Large Driver” category with Brian Shirley (Chatham, IL) and Tim McCreadie (Watertown, NY) sitting second and third. Current voting can be found at the Driver Voting link on the website. Fan donations and voting usually heats up the last couple weeks as we near the voting end date, which is July 16th this year. With good weather and good crowds at our upcoming 50/50 fundraisers, committed sponsor dollars coming through and a strong support of fan donations our goal to invite 12 drivers is within striking distance.

Time is running out for drivers to get on the Drivers Interested list. Drivers interested in being eligible for votes need to send an email with their name, hometown, car number, email address and phone number to to be added to the Driver Interested List.

The World of Outlaw Sprints Cars will be at Cedar Lake Speedway on Friday and Saturday night July 7th and 8th and the FANSFund team will be out in full force both nights doing 50/50 and accepting fan donations. If you’ve never seen the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars at CLS, make it a point to come out this weekend for what’s sure to be some high-speed excitement!
