Details Released For FANS Fund Luncheon
Farmington, Minn (August 4, 2010) The 2010 FANS Fund luncheon is scheduled for Saturday, August 7 and will begin at 1:30 PM. The time has been moved up 30 minutes from previous years to allow us enough time to eat, meet the drivers, and give away some great prizes. Additional details are as follows:
* – luncheon will start promptly at 1:30 PM CST
* – luncheon will be held and the main front straight concession stand
* – person donating will check-in and may bring one (1) guest
* – two lines will form based upon last name (A – M) and last name (N – Z)
* – separate check-in for drivers and crews will be available
* – the cafeteria and VIP balcony will be available for use during the event
* – food is free and being provided by Cedar Lake Speedway
* – one (1) 2010 FANS Fund poster will be provided to donator
* – 2010 FANS Fund t-shirts will be distributed to those eligible
* – FANS Fund drivers and crew members will be in attendance
* – at 2:30 PM we will talk with drivers near flag stand and draw for prizes
* – ONLY those donating to the FANS Fund are eligible for the drawings
* – receive one (1) ticket prize drawing ticket
* – retain receipt portion of ticket to claim prize
* – deposit other portion of ticket into the one of three buckets:
1.) door panels
2.) t-shirts
3.) misc
Luncheon will conclude promptly at 3:30 PM as Cedar Lake Speedway needs to clear the grandstands in order to being to ready the grandstand and begin taking tickets. All FANS Fund attendees will need to briefly exit the grandstands after the luncheon. The gates will re-open approximately 15 minutes later and fans can present their ticket and re-enter the grandstand. At approximately 4:30 PM, DirtonDirt.com will begin their pre-race broadcast show and driver autograph sessions in souvenir alley will also begin.
